Advanced Organizational Consulting

We have developed an innovative approach to consulting, called Advanced Organizational Consulting, which takes into consideration the current needs of individuals, work teams and organizations.

This approach is the result of the combination of two modern and powerful widespread disciplines: Ontological Coaching and the German method of Systemic Configurations.

This Consulting has mainly a twofold focus: on the one hand finding solutions of existing conflicts in the organization (relational conflicts or conflicts related to the achievement of objectives) with a later monitoring and assistance in their implementation; on the other hand, providing concrete tools that facilitate and support the process of change required.

This is a way to provide Consulting and Training simultaneously, taking into account the specific needs of the organization and finding concrete and efficient sustainable solutions.

This does not mean that both consulting and training will be provided if a company needs only one of these. It might be enough to provide training in a specific area according to what it's decided to work or attend.

The approaches adopted in Consulting are specified below:

Systemic Configurations is a revolutionary technology developed by the German therapist Bert Hellinger, which allows to find the essential factors in a situation, the problem and, its possible solution very quickly. This method is used successfully in the following situations:

- Decision-making related to partners, employees and the incorporation of new roles or functions.
- Evaluating future scenarios for alliances, mergers, incorporation into new markets, etc.
- Finding solutions for personal roles in the area of work or profession.
- Detecting how authority and hierarchies are perceived in the organization.
- Evaluating the balance or unbalance between the contribution of a participant and the recognition it's receives for it.
- Becoming acquainted with the responsibility and commitment of a working group and its disposition towards tasks and clients.
- Evaluating personal predisposition towards different projects or alternatives.

Work with Systemic Configurations in Organizations is a surprisingly efficient method that allows to obtain in a minimum of time relevant information about the configuration of factors affecting the members of a system, thereby facilitating the solution of the Organizational problems.

Once this information is obtained, the methodology from Ontological Coaching is applied, so as to facilitate the process and provide the organization with the tools that will sustain the achieved results.

Ontological Coaching is a professional practice based on the principles of Language Ontology which promotes and orients the development of communication skills for a personal and organizational leadership, discarding inefficient and disturbing functions. It therefore allows the organizations to work with a wide repertoire of possibilities which were not available before, facilitating the achievement of the desired results.

It encourages and accompanies the process from the diagnostic, its treatment and its later monitoring, providing, at the same time, the knowledge and the implementation of the last generation communication tools.

Methodology and areas of implementation in the organizational and/or working areas

Consulting and Advisings to Companies, Associations, Institutions, initiatives and work teams. We begin with an initial interview were we listen the needs of the organization, and bearing these in mind we design an adequate a work proposal.
Our work methodology is a theoretical/experiential one, which may take the form of workshops, seminars, coaching directed at certain people, individual and/or group meetings.
We are interested in creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, at the same time working on the necessary issues.

We offer Personal Executive Coach for managers and businessmen, providing assistance and/or supervision of their tasks, projects or feedback on their personal situation with respect to their position and/or function.
